Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $4.95
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50
- Free Standard Shipping on select items where specified
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping We do not ship to international destinations at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at shop@myconotes.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Holiday Delays During peak seasons and holidays, please allow additional processing and delivery time. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
