Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for refunds, returns, and exchanges. This policy is designed to provide clarity and ensure a positive shopping experience for you.

All Sales Final

NO REFUNDS ISSUED. All sales made on our online store located at https://myconotes.com are final. 

Allowed Exceptions for Returns/Exchanges

We only accept items returned for exchange if:

  • damage occurs in shipping due to insufficient packaging 
  • the wrong item was sent to you
  • an item sent to you is defective

If an item is returned for any of the reasons listed above, we will issue a store credit upon our receipt and evaluation of the damaged, defective or incorrectly sent item. The store credit may consist of a coupon code for use only on our online store located at https://myconotes.com and include the amount of the original item cost, including the cost for shipping the replacement item to you. 

If visible damage has occurred to the package in shipping due carrier neglect, it is your responsibility to refuse to accept it at the time it is offered for delivery. You should endorse the piece “Refused” so that the carrier may return it to us. After delivery, you may still mark the package “Refused” and return it via the same carrier within a reasonable time if the package is not opened. 

Returns/Exchanges Timeline

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. We believe this timeframe strikes a balance between allowing you sufficient time to evaluate your purchase while also ensuring a fair policy for our business. 

Returns/Exchanges and Shipping Charges

If an item is returned due to one of the reasons listed under “Allowed Exceptions for Returns/Exchanges” above, you may be eligible to receive a reimbursement for the cost of returning the item to us. In order to be reimbursed for the cost of returning an item, you must return the item using the same carrier as was originally used to ship it to you. The reimbursed cost will be included in the store credit that is issued to you upon our receipt and evaluation of the defective or incorrectly sent item.
